We will only keep your personal information for as long as the law specifies or where the law does not specify this, for the length of time determined by our business requirements.
We will keep your data for –
- 12 months from the date of the closure of your application whether because you have been unsuccessful in your bid or we have been notified that you do not wish to progress your application
(please note if you have given consent for marketing, we will continue to use your personal data for this purpose)
- 72 months from the date of any grant funding being given by OET or beyond the length of any loan term or final repayment date of the loan

None of your personal information is transferred outside of the UK
